Mr. Kirkwood is an attorney with NOVA Business Law Group. Mr. Kirkwood's primary areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, government contracts, and commercial real estate.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree from George Washington University in 2010 and his Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School in 2018. Mr. Kirkwood has represented clients through mergers and acquisitions, business formation, commercial real estate acquisitions and lease negotiations, and contract negotiation of all types. Mr. Kirkwood is an attorney in the firm’s commercial transactions practice group.

When he is not practicing law, Mr. Kirkwood enjoys writing, sports, and spending time with his family and dog.
