Before Joining NOVA Business Law Group, Mr. Baiou practiced as a corporate lawyer at Sidley Austin and Hogan Lovells, where he gained extensive experience advising corporations, financial institutions, and emerging companies on high-stakes transactions and business structuring. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of sophisticated corporate deals, which he now leverages to provide practical, business-focused legal solutions.
