Mr. Bakkash is an Associate Attorney with NOVA Business Law Group. He has experience supporting small businesses and non-profit organizations with a variety of matters including formation, tax exemption, Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) compliance, and commercial litigation in both federal and bankruptcy courts. In the area of advocacy, Mahmood has represented governments and human rights organizations before Members of Congress, State Department officials, and international organizations.

Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Bakkash is the Executive Director of the co-ed entrepreneurship fraternity, Sigma Eta Pi.
